Human Upgrade ("we", "us") provides wellbeing programmes, workshops, membership and coaching for individuals and workplaces. • Organisation details and job role, when you enquire about workplace programmes.
• Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage information such as pages visited, collected through analytics tools to help us understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide the services you have asked about.
• Deliver programmes, membership content and resources you have signed up for.
• Send service-related communications, such as membership updates. Marketing emails are only sent where you have opted in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Improve our website and understand which content is useful.

Our legal basis

We process personal data under UK GDPR on the basis of: your consent (for marketing emails and optional cookies), performance of a contract (when you join the membership or buy a programme), our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and improving the site), and legal obligations (such as keeping records of purchases).

Who we share it with

We only share personal information with trusted providers who help us run the site and services: our payment processor (Stripe), email and CRM providers, and analytics providers.
