Fitness Coaching
Phase 1: Audits
Current focus: Stress Reduction
This Week
This week is about exploring short formal practices that can help reduce stress and settle the nervous system. The invitation is to try one audio each day, test different styles, and notice what works best. If you have time, listen to the introductions to deepen your understanding.
Start with the short explanation audios, then use the library to try different approaches.
Try one practice each day. Mindfulness, relaxation, hypnosis, binaural beats and breathwork are all included.
On busy days, use Breathwork: 3-Minute Calm. That still counts.
